Highly coordinated cooperation between our senior officials and staff who performed all the necessary activities parallel to the locksmith-installation works, auto-electrician works, installation and car painting works were performed with a high level of quality and by valid German industrial standards.

Cooperation with the company “Ziertheimer Industrie und Lack GmbH” started in 2011 and the expected continuation of the cooperation is confirmed by newly-signed long-term contracts. To us as a partner-company, these contracts entrust a significant share in industries such as the industrial painting and other similar activities related to cargo or passenger vehicles. Our numerous modernized painting chambers are customized for the particular type of work, until the last details. Those chambers are taking place for: preparatory, primary and final activities in painting, but all in accordance with the qualitative as well as environmental standards and demands that this type of industry puts before us.

As for the industrial varnishing, in our primary activities we are able to include all activities from the smallest parts in serial production, metal constructions and even parts for the hanging bridges that reach up to 35 meters long. In the program for freight vehicles/lorries, a very important emphasis is given to the specific needs in transportation of motor-sports vehicles and equipment (motorcycling, car racing, Formula 1) and even transport of the race horses and so forth.

Also in our manufacturing program (varnishing), not infrequently, we varnished boats, yachts, safes for high-ranking hotels, parts for both airplanes and helicopters, and even various art objects, restored old cars and so on. Employees engaged in this particular type of work, necessarily have to show a very high  level of qualifications and flexibility, which, combined with a rich experience and long tradition of the company, results a very high effectiveness and reputation which this company enjoys all over the Europe. At the same time, the importance of this deficient profession has been highlighted and increased, and that’s what, among other things, provides our productive working together.

Industrial and car painting includes the following types of services:

• assembly and disassembly of passenger cars
• replacement and installation of glass on vehicles
• locksmithing
• industrial and car painting (boats, yachts, safes, parts for both airplanes and helicopters, restored old cars, cars, freight vehicles, and even various art objects…)

Cooperation with the company “Ziegler GmbH & Co.” lasted since 1992. until 2011. During these almost twenty years of shared business, in the complete production process of firefighting vehicles and equipment, there was involved over three hundred of our employees to about one hundred and fifty workplaces.

The following type of vehicles were involved in production process:

• firefighting vehicles
• naval vehicles
• vehicles with water, foam and dry powder
• service vehicles
• vehicles for technical support in traffic and in cases of natural disasters
• large vehicles for airports or professional fire brigades in refineries and the chemical industry
• work with the fire hoses and high-pressure pumps

which independently, organized under the partners instructions and plans, and thereby accomplishing ideas of the structural department, performing all the necessary activities on the “MAN” and “Mercedes” vehicles.

Such works include, for instance: cutting and lengthening of the original body of the vehicle, its customization for the needs of firefighting, all with a view to enable a participation of larger number of persons (6-10 persons). Also, construction of the new space in the rear of the vehicle, where later on, the water tanks, foam, dry powder, high-pressure pumps and other firefighting equipment will be mounted.

Production of SPV includes the following types of services:

• upgrades and modifications of personal and transport vehicles into special purpose vehicles
• installation and processing of electrical installations on vehicles
• locksmithing
• if necessary: inside processing of the vehicle and installation of all types of racks
• works on the body of the vehicle
